PingPing is a multi-hyphenate global citizen, who is deeply passionate about all things related to hospitality and climate leadership building. A Singaporean who has lived and worked in Hong Kong, India and Singapore, PingPing has built an intrapreneurial career with luxury hospitality conglomerates such as Shangri-la, Taj and Marriott, and proptech portfolio companies, honing her strategy, business development and turnaround expertise across a property portfolio valued at more than S$100 million.

Her entrepreneurial pursuits have also led her to build 3 start-ups to date, with her 3rd one called Aloha, a one-stop circular economy advisory firm for corporates and the travel and hospitality industry, optimising businesses’ waste management solutions into experiences or recycled products. Aloha represented Singapore and won the global champion start-up in 2023, out of 75 female founded businesses from 9 countries, in a pitch competition organised by the U.S. Department of State.

She is currently the Head of Sales at KINN and in her spare time, she acrylic paints and enjoys reading autobiographies.

Ruby is the Head of Risk Assurance Services at InCorp Global. Ruby has more than 16 years of experience in the audit profession, 12 of which have been in supervisory positions. Ruby has led the internal audit and risk advisory engagements with various Ministries, Organs of State, Statutory Boards, Institutions of Higher Learning, Multinationals, Public Listed Companies, Financial Institutions, Charities and Institutions of a Public Character.

Over the last few years, Ruby has been driving sustainability consultancy engagements and internal reviews on the sustainability reporting process for Public Listed Companies.

Clarissa KOH is a Partner in the Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Regulatory & Licensing, and the Sustainability & Responsible Business Practices at WongPartnership.

In her Antitrust & Competition practice, Clarissa advises clients on the full spectrum of competition issues, including merger control, restrictive trade practices, abuse of dominance, investigations and leniency considerations. She represents clients before the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore ("CCCS") and supports businesses in developing and implementing robust compliance programmes. In cross-border transactions, Clarissa serves as a single point of contact for clients. She works closely with foreign counsel in multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign investment filings, as well as global investigations and leniency application exercises, to deliver practical outcomes and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Clarissa has been recognised as a "Next Generation Partner" in Antitrust & Competition by The Legal 500: Asia Pacific – The Client's Guide to the Asia Pacific Legal Profession.

On the Corporate Regulatory & Licensing front, Clarissa provides compliance advice and risk-management strategies on sector-specific regulatory requirements, including operational licensing, advertising and product labelling guidance, and health and safety compliance. She works with clients across various industries including healthcare, digital media and content services, cosmetics, food and beverage, and education.

Drawing on her cross-disciplinary experience in antitrust, regulatory, and sustainability matters, she brings a legal perspective that helps start-ups make sense of ESG as both a compliance imperative and a strategic growth lever.

10 years ago, while living in Bangkok, Brice realised how bad cities are for our environment and the lack of tangible solutions we had to make net-zero and liveable cities.

Brice then created Bizsu to develop the cities we need for tomorrow. After a few minutes of installation, Bizsu's patented solution helps save up to 50% on air-conditioning consumption while purifying the air.

Some of the biggest local and global are their clients including CapitaLand, Amazon, the National University of Singapore, Food Panda, JLL.

Brice is also a professor of sustainability and entrepreneurship at ESSEC Business School.
