ACE recently joined hands with JETRO - Japan External Trade Organization and Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. to co-organise a Japan Southeast Asia Innovation Platform (JSIP) Reverse Pitch Event. We received 180 startup registrations in total and curated a selected group to connect with several corporates, including Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, EAST JAPAN RAILWAY COMPANY, OBAYASHI SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED, Ricoh, and Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. The event helped to reduce a startup’s time to market, increase startups’ market potential, and offered a channel for corporates to address various pressing problems with technology. ACE will continue to work with the relevant stakeholders to nurture win-win and cross-border partnerships for our members. We are committed to building a more vibrant startup ecosystem in Singapore.
