Ms. Saqqaf holds a Master's degree in Economics and has more than 25 years’ experience of banking, finance and financial regulation. Currently, she serves as the Minister of Investment.

Ms. Saqqaf began her career at the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company’s Research & Development Department for four years. She then moved to the Central Bank of Jordan where she held several positions during the periods 1993 – 2004, 2006 -2012 including Executive Manager of the Banking Supervision Department and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of
Jordan; thus, being the first Arab Woman to occupy such a regulatory position.

Ms. Saqqaf has a strong background in Corporate Governance, Internal Control and Islamic Banking, she prepared Corporate Governance guidelines, including preparation of Banks’ Directors’ Handbook of Corporate Governance in 2004, as well as establishing Internal Control regulations addressed to banks operating in Jordan.

Ambassador Samer Anton Naber is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Singapore.

Throughout his diplomatic career, Mr. Naber has served as senior counsel and held several leadership posts at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Director of the Policy Planning (2020-2021), Director of the European Affairs Department (2017-2020), Director of the Peace Negotiations Coordination Bureau (2011-2013), Director of the North America Department (2009-2011) and Director of the Legal Department (2001-2004).

Mr. Naber served as Minister Plenipotentiary representing Jordan at the UN Security Council in New York (2014-2015) with a special focus on UN sanctions and humanitarian affairs. Mr. Naber was also a political and legal officer at Jordan’s UN Mission earlier in his career. He has held several posts in Washington, D.C, most recently as a Distinguished Fellow at the International Republican Institute (IRI) advising on MENA regional issues, as well as head of political affairs at the Embassy of Jordan in DC. Mr. Naber represented Jordan at numerous international conferences and forums including the UN Beijing +5 International Women’s Conference, UN Social Development +5 Summit, UN Drug Summit, International Court of Justice proceedings and UNESCO Executive board meetings.

Mr. Naber holds a B.A. in Political Science & Economics with distinction from the University of Jordan (1992) and an M.A. in International Law from the University of Hull U.K (1994). He is the recipient of Jordan’s Istiklal (Independence) medal of the First Order from H.M. King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein.

Mothanna Gharaibeh is the CEO of Fifth advisory services, which provides advice to several institutions in Jordan, Iraq, UAE and Singapore. He is an executive board member of the Innovative SMEs and Startups Fund (ISSF) of Jordan, which is US$100 million early stage SME fund financed by the Central Bank of Jordan and the World Bank. Mr. Gharaibeh served as the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jordan between 2018 and 2020. He was the youngest working minister in the cabinet at that time. During his service, Gharaibeh succeeded in doubling the Business Process Outsourcing business in two years in Jordan and attracted new companies to serve their global customers from Jordan. Furthermore he grew the number of digital governmental transactions by 580% YoY, opened the National Broad Band Network for Public Private Partnership. Gharaibeh enhanced the legal infrastructure for digitization, creating many needed laws and regulations including the Cyber Security law, Personal Data Privacy Draft Law, the Open APIs Policy and many others. He also created a program of 200 MUSD value to support the growth of Digital Economy in Jordan including programs focused on skills, digital infrastructure, grants for the private sector to grow including matching business development budgets and salary subsidies.

During the first year of COVID-19 crises, with partnership and support from with the vital ICT and startup scene in Jordan, Gharaibeh has managed to create solutions to provide the needed services by the public, including online education platforms, prompt telemedicine hotlines, blockchain based permits systems for movement permits during lockdown, food delivery and cultural recreational platforms.

Mr. Gharaibeh led Ericsson Business, the Swedish Telecom and Technology leader, in Jordan. He has an extensive technical and business experience around the Middle East where he worked with Ericsson in Oman, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and other countries in different roles and functions.

Gharaibeh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering in Jordan and has attended some executive courses in Harvard, Aspen Institute and business leadership courses with Ericsson.

Prior to joining the Government in June 2018 Gharaibeh was a political and social activist, where he acted as a community leader amongst youth movements. He served on the board of the ICT Association, Justice Center for Legal Aid, Taqaddam an initiative for an open, democratic, green, sustainable Jordan and initiatives for and other community, educational and political initiatives.

Mr. Mike Ong joined BIGO Tecnnology in October, 2019 as the Vice President. He heads the division which is responsible for development of corporate brands and interaction with key partners in Singapore, and worldwide.

Mike is responsible for the strategy of corporate and product brands of the company in the world markets: the livestreaming BIGO Live platform, the platform for creation of short videos of Likee and the platform for communication in imo video chats. He also spearheads initiatives of increase in the involvement of users and implementation of projects of corporate social responsibility worldwide.

He is also engaged in development of the relations with state bodies and key foreign partners for entry into new markets, search of the talented personnel in the field of tech and expansion of opportunities for employment at offices of BIGO company worldwide.

Prior to his current position, Mike worked more than 13 years in various Singapore government agencies in the fields of international relations, strategic interaction and free trade.
