PraisePal is used by global enterprises such as TikTok, Lazada, DFS, and Love, Bonito to build and scale a positive culture. She also co-founded travel tech company Anywhr, which scaled to 7-figures annual revenue from thousands of customers worldwide, with partners such as University of Oxford and Singapore Tourism Board. Her founding journey is supported by leading investors across USA and Asia including XA Network, Quest Ventures, and HustleFund. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Zelia was an executive at venture builder Rocket Internet. She graduated with a MSc. from the National University of Singapore, and a BSc(Hons) (1st class) from the University of Manchester.

On the side, Ming Feng is an advisor on marketing and growth strategies and has provided advice to organisations and startups such as GovTech, Nodeflair and Mister Mobile. He saw Seedly through 2 successful acquisitions - first with ShopBack, and now with HyphenGroup who has raised over $158M (brands include SingSaver, CompareHero)

Lesley has over 30 years of experience in Financial Services and Media. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Lesley worked for several MNCs like Citibank, including Mediacorp, and startups like theAsianparents, and leading health platform Hello Health Group. At Mediacorp, Lesley founded leading parenting website smartparents.sg, including leading the digital transformation for the publishing business. Her areas of competencies are Online marketing with focus in analytics and SEO, product development and commercialization, go-to-market strategies, O2O design and implementation, business transformation, and business strategy. Lesley started Bit by Bit to fill a gap in the online marketing market, where technical developers built websites that are not SEO ready or content strategists and producers would make content that could not be discovered on search engines, let alone rank. Lesley is also the COO of a Singapore biomed health tech for wound care solutions made from sustainable resources. Together with some psychologists, Lesley is also pioneering a mental healthcare gaming platform that integrates mental wholeness and spirituality.
