About the speakers

Ethan is the co-founder of Startup Junkie SG Pte Ltd, an affiliate of Startup Junkie, a U.S. venture catalyst and entrepreneurial support organization funded by the Walton Family Foundation and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Startup Junkie actively identifies and invites promising companies and startups that want to scale up in the US to join the Startup Junkie Signature Test Bed Programme. In addition, they also provide enterprises and startups training and consulting on how to be investment ready, scaling up and growth hacking.


Ethan has over 20 years of consulting and advisory experience in public and corporate domains. He has extensive experience in the startup field having worked in 7 startups over a 20 year span – all in Business Development positions. He specialises in international market entry consulting, B2B sales management consulting and business strategy development. 

Eric is a Singapore Chartered Accountant and Enterprise Singapore recognised Certified Management Consultant by Tuv Sud. He started his career with PwC and later joined SPRING SEEDS Capital, a government venture fund, as a Senior Investment Manager. Prior to starting his accounting and consultancy practice, he also served as the CFO for a local SME in the fast growing Tourism IT space. He has extensive experience in the various aspects of human capital development, financial management, risk management and investment structuring. He has extensive experience in the various grants available in Singapore.
